I have lived in the Reno area for over 24 years coming from Indiana. I graduated from Purdue University and worked in nursing and pharmaceutical research before moving to Reno. Once in Reno I turned my focus to retail sales working with Patagonia in the outdoor industry. I have built 2 homes from conceptual ideas to finished product and have raised a daughter navigating through the public and private school system in Reno. I am interested in environmentally sustainable homes and I hold the GREEN designation from the National Association of REALTORS. My goal is to educate and provide resources to clients interested in purchasing, selling or modifying a home to green standards.

 I am an experienced short sale agent.  I have successfully negotiated and closed 21 shorts sales for my clients.  I love the challange of getting the best results for my sellers.
